His background includes working for national healthcare organizations to promote revenue by performing reconciliation activities, applying industry best practices to identify charge capture improvement initiatives.  

Another area that we provide expert assistance with is helping network partners create operational efficiency to allow them to provide excellent patient care. Viera Vorasarn, Vice President of Operations, oversees operations for Alliance’s corporate office as well as all partner practices. Viera is focused on ensuring physical therapy practices have the right staffing, processes and procedures that will set the standard of care in the industry. She brings ten years of experience in business development and operational excellence to the Alliance team.
