The Value of Using Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Services

As a member of Alliance’s network, we help to set up a Management Service Agreement (MSA) with the PEO. The following is a brief explanation of how it typically works.

·         You provide services to a patient who in turn pays you.

·         The practice then sends the money to the PEO in which they take care of paying the clinical employees and other services set up by the MSA.

·         The PEO also pays Alliance for their services, which in turn pays non-clinical personnel (including you) who are employees of Alliance.
